Sonny Vincent and The Extreme flyers
We made a lot of flyers, and most of them were offset-printed (because I worked as a printer). Papering town with offset-printed flyers seemed almost unfair when most bands could only afford a few dozen Xerox copies. But there's no 'fair' in punk, right? The most flyers I ever printed for an Extreme gig were 2,500. That was five separate flyers. For one gig. Overkill? Yeah, but why not? We wheat-pasted those things all over Minneapolis, and you could still see remnants of them on walls a decade later.
